Shopify & D2C studio · Ahmedabad
Websites that convert.
Every pixel answers to a number.
We research a category before we design for it, and plan every section against the metric it has to move.
Four circles · one square · no loose ends
What we optimise
A website is a funnel with a design problem at every step.
Most studios design the page and hope the numbers follow. We start at the number and work backwards into the layout.

Every dot enclosed.
No loose ends.
The four rules of a sikku kolam, which are also the four rules of how we run a project. Nothing in the brief left unaddressed, nothing handed over half-wired.
Two programmes
Wherever the store is today.
Day one
Idea to first orders.
Identity, storefront, catalogue, payments, tracking, launch. Fifteen working days from an approved wireframe.
Rebuild
Selling to selling more.
Conversion work on a live store: research, restructure, creative, and the automation that stops you doing it by hand.
Selected work
Documented down to the reasoning.
A six-product Shopify brand rebuilt against a live compliance audit.
Four rejected mark directions, and the dot position that shipped wrong once.
A kidswear brand built around a footprint mark: a child's first step, and, as a silhouette, a seed with five leaves breaking the surface.
How we think
Generation is cheap now. Judgement is not.
We run our own trained systems across what actually converts inside a category, so a recommendation arrives carrying evidence instead of a hunch.
Finding the pattern is the machine's half. Knowing which pattern belongs to this product, this buyer and this price is the half that is still ours.
"The first 90 percent of the code accounts for the first 90 percent of the development time. The remaining 10 percent accounts for the other 90 percent."
Tom Cargill, Bell Labs · the ninety-ninety rule
Most work ships at the end of the first ninety. Everything a visitor feels but cannot name is sitting in the second.
How we work
Four stages, in the open.
Research
The category, its leaders, their numbers, and where the benchmark truly sits.
Thesis & wireframe
A written argument for every section, then the wireframe that applies it.
Walkthrough
You see exactly what will be built, and change it while changing it is free.
Build
Fifteen working days, against the clock we both agreed to.
The guarantee
In writing, with the exclusions written too.
If we cannot align on direction at the wireframe stage, that stage is refunded. Nothing is sunk yet.
The clock starts at wireframe approval and pauses for revisions. Miss it on us, and you are compensated.
