The guarantee

In writing, with the exclusions written too.

A guarantee with no exclusions isn't generous, it's vague. Here is what is covered, what is deliberately not, and why the line sits where it does.

The paid call

Refunded in full if we decide we are not the right fit for the project. Not refunded if a real audit was delivered and you choose not to proceed. The audit itself is the work being paid for.

Built until you approve it

If we cannot align on direction at the wireframe stage, that stage is refunded. Nothing before an approved wireframe is billed as sunk cost.

Fifteen working days

The clock starts at wireframe approval and pauses for revisions sitting with you. Miss it on our side, and you are compensated.

Two revisions, then a window

Two revision rounds are included at wireframe, one at build, each with a three working day response window on our side before the clock resumes.

What is not covered

  • Delays caused by a revision round sitting unanswered beyond the agreed window.
  • Third-party platform outages or policy changes (Shopify, Meta, Google, payment gateways) outside the studio's control.
  • Performance claims stated as a benchmark comparison rather than a specific committed number: a benchmark is context, not a promise.

This page states the guarantee in the same words used on the process page and at booking. A binding contract carries the final, lawyer-reviewed language; this page is the plain-English version of the same terms, kept current as the source of truth until that review is complete.
