FAQ

Questions asked before a call is booked.

Answered here so the call itself is spent on your store, not on explaining how the studio works.

01 Is the ₹299 call actually refundable?

Yes, on two conditions stated upfront: if we decide we are not the right fit, it is refunded in full. If we deliver a real audit and you decide not to proceed, it is not. The audit itself was the paid work, not a sales call wearing an audit's name.

02 Why does a website take fifteen working days, not a rough estimate?

The clock starts the day the wireframe is approved and pauses whenever a revision sits with you. Two revision rounds are included at wireframe, one at build, each with a three working day response window on our side. It is a real deadline because both sides know exactly what pauses it.

03 Do you only build on Shopify?

No. Most clients sell direct to consumer and Shopify is the right platform for that, but the practice also covers marketplace listings, paid landing pages, and professional or local-business sites with no storefront attached.

04 What happens if the wireframe stage doesn't work out?

That stage is refunded. Nothing before an approved wireframe is billed as sunk cost; the guarantee exists specifically so the risk of an early mismatch sits with us, not you.

05 Do you publish your prices?

No, and that isn't a temporary gap we'll get to. Two projects that look identical from the outside, a fifteen-product catalogue with clean data versus one with six product bugs, an audit with no compliance history versus one carrying a live labelling violation, cost genuinely different amounts of work. A published band would either overcharge the simple case or underquote the messy one. Every engagement starts with the ₹299 audit call specifically so the number reflects your actual scope, not an average of everyone else's.

06 Can I reach you outside a booked call?

WhatsApp is the fastest route for a direct question; the icon sits in the corner of every page after the first screen. For anything requiring more than a message, the contact form opens a scoped brief in your own email client.

07 Where are you based, and does that matter for a remote client?

Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The studio works with clients across India and remotely elsewhere; the geography mainly shows up in how CRO recommendations are built: Indian D2C benchmarks, COD expectations, and mobile-first traffic patterns are treated as defaults, not edge cases.
