About
Five people who would rather be measured.
A small studio, deliberately. Everyone here does the work, and nobody here manages someone else doing it.
Trained as a lawyer, running a second company alongside this one, and still the one doing the design and development on your project rather than briefing it to someone else. Thirteen-plus conversion audits, and a D2C brand of his own held to the same benchmark client work is judged by.
Owns scope, sequence and the clock. The reason fifteen days is a date rather than a hope.
Identity, layout, and the part of the work that has to be felt before it can be argued.
Flow and hierarchy between a visitor arriving and an order being placed.
Ex-Google, based in the United States, working remotely. Builds the systems behind the studio's research.
Five roles, not five job titles collecting dust on a slide. Client work runs through the same five hands every time, which is the actual reason a fifteen-day estimate holds: nobody is waiting on someone in a sixth seat who isn't in this list.
Why we're small, on purpose
We don't hire headcount. We hire leverage.
The founder practised law before this. That's not a biography footnote, it's the whole hiring philosophy stated as one example: a person who can read a contract, run a business, and design and build the thing the contract is for is not three-tenths of three specialists. They're one person who has removed the handoffs between those three skills, which is where most of an agency's time and most of its mistakes actually live.
So the studio is built the same way: a small number of people, each carrying real depth in more than one discipline, rather than a large roster of narrow specialists coordinating through meetings. We are not competing on how many people we can put on a call. We're competing on how few handoffs your project has to survive.
The other half of it is refusal, not addition: we take on fewer projects at once than we could technically staff, because exclusivity and depth are the same resource. A studio running ten accounts at once is not ten times more capable, it's giving each of the ten a tenth of its attention. We would rather be honest about that arithmetic than pretend scale and quality are free.
The studio's own identity
We built ours the way we build yours.
The name was almost something else until a trademark search closed it. Four mark directions were drawn and rejected before the sikku kolam, a knotted line drawn in rice flour at the threshold of a shop before dawn, and drawn again the next morning.
The reasoning, the rejected drawings and the construction geometry are all published, because the thinking is the product.
